Meet Dr Andy Hogg

Andy  is a hugely experienced educational consultant, SEND specialist, and UK qualified teacher with more than 30 years of experience across mainstream education, specialist provision, further education, apprenticeships, and international schools. He  has developed a reputation for helping learners, families, schools, and educational organisations overcome barriers to learning and improve educational outcomes.

Throughout his career, Andy has held a range of teaching, leadership, SEND, inclusion, and consultancy roles, supporting educational settings both within the UK and internationally. His expertise spans special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), inclusion, behaviour and learning support, cognitive profiling, school improvement, workforce development, and educational leadership.

Andy works with parents seeking a deeper understanding of their child's learning needs, schools looking to strengthen inclusive practice, and organisations committed to improving outcomes for learners.
